first day of work

ok.. so today is officially my first day of work in an office.. and im way way excited and nervous at the same time.. i no longer can stay up and parteh anymore, i have to be at work at 9 till 5.. then of course i have to boot it back and go to work at my retail store.. great life... so basically today i have to work from 9-5 at RCM and then boot it back to work at caban from 6-10 ... great life! haha.. but nah im excited.. get to wear suits and everything.. haha.. fun times! anyway just wanted to say that... hope everyone is doing great! enjoying school and such!!! miss you all!!!take care!

back in school

so its been a while, heres my life story right now,

I AM LIVING IN A DORMITORY... yup its like freshman year again.. but a little different... no i am not in school, but im currently training for a program where i will be training for the marketing and fundraising in the non for profit sector, in arts and cultural environments.. technical term is call the income manager. So basically i am in my classroom training as of right now, therefore in a dorm, but training is intense and it lasts a year, but the classroom training this right now is 3 weeks long of 9-9 classes, so yup.. alittle draining.. but the people are nice and very much in the same boat. so yup its great coz after this 3 week intense classroom traiing they send 10 (selected people) to placements... and my placement is at The Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, where I will be working in the marketing department, then i head back, for another week and a half of classroom training then my next placement is at The National Ballet of Canada, where i think i will be in the development sector.. so after that (by this time it would be almost a year) i head back for 2 weeks of classroom training and I am done...

people ask me why am i doing this when the pay isnt great, my answer is its a bloody foot in the door of the music world here in Canada...:) so yup thats whats going on in my life right now, in class from 9-9 ...

I am probably the most excited person right now, and i think if i could yell, scream jump and all that stuff without people thinking that i am absolutely nuts i would.. A very dear dear friend is coming to canada to visit me! I am estatic... yay! ok... yay! 2 1/2 weeks! yay!

OK.. I am pretty sure that school is almost done! And I am a ball of mixed emotions.
I am happy that I am finally done with school but the one thing that I am sad about is that I am leaving. Leaving to go back to canada. I am excited to go back to canada, start a new life there, but think about it! i am leaving all my good and best friends. The people that have now become my family and my strength that kept me going in a new country, made me feel at home with them, was there when i was going through terrible times, was there to party with me, there for my 21st birthday, at my house, trashing the place , sitting in the lobby complaining about things, or just eating lunch. My friends have made my college experience that best experience i have.

Met really cool people; my best friend Karina. Seriously dont understand how i am going to survive without you by my side. ( ok i sound like a lesbian now...) but you have been there for me, sushi time, gilmore girls, trying to find your keys in the mess. There to see me fall off the bed in slow motion..
the entire trip to florida. that was the most fun i ever had, eventhough we would experience the crabby side of your mornings and toni's

Toni: the other part of the triangle. There to make me laugh.. florida couldnt have been the same without her.

Many people have been there...Brittany there to help me whenever i need it, cooking with a microwave in the dorm and eating it like it was the best food ever! Amy there to help me as well, not studying and watching greys with me. Alyssa have a great wedding! i dont think that i would have survived this semester in 18th cent and orch lit without you suffering by my side!

ok i really want to go on..but i am pretty sure that in an hour or so i have a 20th cent exam..so unless i go back to studying, i will fail, and not graduate and this post will be worthless!

So its about time i write something on this eh?? hmm lets see i have been in canada.... since monday... and its xmas tomorrow! wow.. doesnt feel like it.. weird huh?? anyway i realize i do miss lots of people... kinda bored in canada.... been shopping....spending too much money that i dont have..but oh well..at least i think i would look good? hm... my grandparents have been really nice to me..wow! thats werid.. i think its coz they think im older eh?

anyway so how is everyone doing..???
